LDCS SMART WKS
On the basis of our instrument LDCS laser system of measuring the density for bobbins an application that allows a more easier management of the bobbins.
As LDCS this system allows, before the dyeing process, to optimize the entire manufacturing process by reducing waste to a minimum, avoiding to leave the decision to the operator on the quality of the reels, making objective analysis.
The measurements made of: weight, volume, density and diameter of a bobbin in addition to being displayed on the display, are also sent to a central server for the collection of data for the analysis of bobbins, subdivided by raised and stores them for later statistics.
